Today was the second week of our fishing block and although we were early getting to the fishery we were all rather pessimistic about our chances of catching anything as we had come back to school empty netted last week! Also, the weather was really poor and the prospect of getting soaked AND catching nothing was not inspiring anyone.
However......
WE CAUGHT 5 FISH!
Hardly had our rods been in the water and it seemed the fish were desperate to be on the end of the line! People who caught lovely rainbow trout for tea this week were:
Angus - 2.5lb
Rhys - 2lb
Nathan - 2lb
Nico - 2lb
Nico (AGAIN!) - 3.5lb!

I am a part of the fishing with P7 S1 everyone has caught at least one so the fishing is lots more fun. On Wednsday 8th of october we will be fishing for the whole day.
