The Great Escape...

Much to the joy and excitement of all my classes, the art room has become temporary home to the 6 baby chicks who are visiting the school. This was fine and I was enjoying the peaceful chirping sounds until suddenly.... they had escaped!! Although only 2 weeks old, their wings can now carry them right out of their box and out of our hands! Luckily, there were some willing volunteers on hand to re-capture them.
